The return of Happy Wise Well

Happy Wise Well is back! Refreshed and rebooted for Summer 2020!  Whilst this does read like an ad for ‘Now That’s What I Call Music vol 3729!’, I must confess that alas, this will not be the home of all the latest club bangers.  In the last couple of years, Happy Wise Well has had a bit of a snooze.  Well the website and social media pages may well have, but my sister Farzana and I certainly haven’t! I found my time wholly monopolised by the arrival of a small human, whose ability to shake up life was inversely proportional to her size.  And my sister developed and grew a whole other business, as you do.  And with her now having flown the nest to nurture said interests, yours truly remains at the helm.  As we sit at this junction in time and try to make sense of life and our health, now seems as good a time as ever to shine a focus on our health in a meaningful, sustainable way.  For if there’s one thing this pandemic has taught us to value, it’s our health.  Well, that and Netflix.
